I can't really pinpoint what went wrong except that I can't expect to kill it every time out. I didn't get to the NBA yesterday and they may have helped things but I certainly would not have recouped 8 loses or even 4 for that matter.
Of the 17 plays yesterday 9 of them were mid-major games and of those 9 I lost 4. This was my demise. Usually the mid-major's are pretty solid but yesterday we had some teams that lost to inferior opponents. The lesson I can take from this is to limit the mid-major picks to teams that are tourney bound and not ones that are just looking for wins at home, etc.
Going to try and make some of yesterday's disaster back so let's get 60!
Yesterday | 9 | 8 | 0 | 52.9% | |
Last Week | 38 | 24 | 0 | 61.3% | |

CBB/NBA:
2 team teaser:
Wisconsin (-2) @ Penn St.: Wisconsin is to well coached and too good of a basketball team to come out flat on the road. Penn St. might though from that emotional win against Ohio St. Wisconsin wears them down with defense and covers 2.
Knicks @ Bulls (-2): Bulls are too good defensively to let the Knicks score at will. They should be able to neutralize Melo and control the paint. Look for an ugly game...just like the Bulls want.
CBB:
3 team teaser:
Marquette @ Villanova (-2): The Cats need this conference win to stay atop the Big East by a half a game. They will not let this opportunity by. They take care of business at home.
Georgia Tech @ FSU (-2): Florida St is playing for their tourney lives and if they run the table they might get in. Regardless GT is not very good and possibly looking ahead to Syracuse.
Stanford @ Arizona (-3): Arizona at home is one win away from going unbeaten twice in four years. Plus it is their last home game of the year. They will be too much for the Cardinal to handle. Finally with this win they will clinch the Pac-12 title. They roll.
Southern Miss (-423) @ Florida Atlantic: Southern Miss is tourney bound looking to improve their seeding they get it done on the road against a FAU team that only has 10 wins on the year.
LA Tech (-183) @ UAB: See above. Plus LA Tech is only a half a game behind Middle Tennessee in the Conference USA. They have motivation to take care of business on the road.
NBA:
Warriors (-135) @ Raptors: The Warriors are playing great right now and should dominate in the paint. This will only open up things for their shooters. Warriors get it done on the road.
Good Luck All!
