No other way of putting it. When you go 1-8 you go 1-8. However it was my record that got killed not my bankroll. Since I only risked 10% yesterday the losses were minimal. I'm still up 4% for the week going into Wednesday.
Additionally yesterday was an anomaly on the diamond. 2 out of 15 overs hit yesterday after an entire month of pitchers getting shelled. Some of this what I call market correction but more is just bad luck if you are an over player like myself.
Yesterday also gives me the opportunity to use one of my favorite quotes from a Nike commercial shown above. I've lived most of my adult life under this motto and it doesn't ring more true than going 1-8.
I'm also taking solace in the fact that usually after having a bad day at the office, a good day immediately follows. No fear, I keep moving towards 60%, having said that I'm being much more conservative with the amounts of my plays in case this is a beginning of a losing streak.
