As a result I've come up with a plan to try to salvage this week and move forward. For the next three days I will make one play for whatever 10% of my bank roll is that day. This will be my "best" play. I feel this will limit my exposure while maximizing my profits. If I go 60% then I at least cut into half of my losses for the week.
However I will play more games and track them on CapperTek including first 5 inning plays. So please scroll down to the CapperTek portion to see my additional plays...so you can fade those. The reason for this is for one is to keep me engaged with the rest of the league and secondly to dig myself out of the hole I created in CapperTek.
Finally I will only write up my "best" play of the day.
#LetsGet60
Today we have two very good pitchers in Oakland which plays like a pitchers park. It's not as extreme as their cross-town rivals the Giants but it's in the same neighborhood.
Sony Grey the AL Cy Young leader is having a stellar year with a 1.60 ERA and a .93 WHIP. He gets the same Angles that he held to 5 hits and struck out 9. I don't expect the same success but I'd be shocked if he gave up more than 2 runs.
On the other side Matt Shoemaker is in a groove with only allowing 6 runs over his last three starts and held the A's to 3 runs in his last start.
There will be some familiarity among these teams which I would think favors the pitcher. Gray being confident that he can shut down the Angels and Shoemaker able to correct his mistakes.
Both teams have a wOBA just over .300 which isn't good.
I see this game going under 7.
