Louisville (+7) at FSU: Let down spot here for FSU as they are coming off a big win against their rival Miami and really only have one play...give it to Cook. Louisville has the defense to contain Cook and it being a day game the atmosphere won't be quite as daunting.
Mississippi (-10) at Memphis: I know it's a lot of points to lay on the road but the Land Sharks are hungry to run the table and I just don't see Memphis being able to stop the Rebels from scoring at will.
Pitt at Georgia Tech (-3): Pitt will be exposed today as another ACC fraud as they fail to stop the Tech's triple option attack.
Alabama at Texas AM (+3.5): Bama burned me last week on a late TD to allow the backdoor cover. I'm on the other side this week as Texas AM uses the spread and their gifted wide receivers to spread Bama out and create running lanes. Love the inter conference home dog here as Bama plays right into the Aggies strengths.
Sparty (+7) at Michigan: Who has Michigan really beaten this year? No one in my opinion. I know Sparty has been flat the entire year but they won't be flat today. I see this game being within one possession with the possible outright win for Sparty.
Rutgers at Indiana (-5.5): We know Indiana can score and Rutgers is coming off a very physical game against Michigan State and now have to travel. Let down spot here as Indiana scores and scores quickly.
Florida (+7) at LSU: Like FSU LSU has one play, give it to Fournette. The Gators have the athletes on defense to contain him. As long as the Gators get this game into the fourth quarter they have a chance to steal a rare win at Tiger Stadium at night.
USC (+4.5) at Notre Dame: USC can still pitch and catch it and more than likely rally around their new coach for this game. The Irish are still banged up and I'm not sure if they can keep up with USC's aerial attack. Look for another close one.
Penn St (+17) at Ohio St: I may have the Buckeyes totally wrong this year as they've burned me every week. Penn St rolls into the Shoe for their biggest game of the year getting 17. I can't imagine Ohio St fixes everything in one week and this one might be out of reach until the 4th as Penn St backdoors it.
Arizona (-7) at Colorado: Anyone seen the Buffs play lately? They are just getting destroyed by teams that like to chuck it. Guess what Rich Rod likes to do? Seven is a lot to lay on the road but I can't imagine the Wildcats winning by less than a TD.
ASU (+5) at Utah: Utah has been winning the turnover battle and an unsustainable rate. I think their luck tuns out tonight as ASU clamps down and contains Utah's running game and airs it out for an outright win.
Oregon (+3) at Washington: I see the Huskies making this game bigger than it should be and come out tight. The Ducks have nothing to lose here and Vernon Adams gets back to basics as the Ducks get this one into the fourth and puts themselves in position to steal one on the road.
