Our MMA picks went exactly as we had planned except for the main event where Poirier got caught with a right and went down in the first round. Keep an eye on Johnson he was very focused last night and looking for a payday.
Today we have the NFL and some more baseball.
On the diamond:
Favorable over ump (15-8, 5-3 day) in Cleveland
Favorable 1st 5 under ump (13-9, 5-3) in Chicago, and you know how inept the White Sox offense is.
On the gridiron:
Browns catching 7 points at home in a inter-conference game. I know its the Browns but it's not like the Ravens are world beaters struggling with the Bills last week. The Browns are a better football team with McCown. Look for the Browns to play hard for 4 quarters and keep this game to a field goal.
The Titians are a better football team than their record as they let two turnovers for TDs ruin their first game. The Lions won't play nearly as a good defense as the Vikings did so Tennessee should be able to run the ball at will. The Lions will not be able to put up points like they did last week against the Colt's depleted front line and secondary. I'm calling for the outright win by the Titians.
The Dolphins and the Colts on the money line is simple; if one of these teams wins, I profit.
Rams +7. I know, I know...how could I possibly. But history shows us that the team that plays horrible on Monday night shows up big in their next game. The Rams are at home catching 7 against a gimpy Russel Wilson and a Seattle team that almost got punked at home by the Dolphins. Rams keep this close and it wouldn't surprise me if they won outright.
Colts/Denver over 47. Colts still have a depleted defense so Denver will have their way with them on the ground which only opens up the pass. The Colts will be able to score despite a couple of turnovers Denver will get which will create opportunities for points.
2 team parlay: Arizona won't go 0-2. Bears have the advantage on Monday night at home.

Bengals +16, these games are always close
Saints/Giants over 41, either team will be able to stop the other.
Panthers +0.5. Just win baby in a game that will be closer than we think.
Colts/Broncos over 33.5, see above.
