B.J. Penn vs. Yair Rodriguez
The main even for UFC Fight Night 103 is B.J. Penn vs. Yair Rodriguez in a featherweight bout. B.J. Penn is one of the pioneers of MMA, having fought at several weight divisions and for many years. He is already in the UFC Hall of Fame. Unfortunately, MMA has a what have you done for me lately personality. In Penn's case, that is not much. For his past several fights he has talked a lot of smack and then just phoned it in at fight time. Penn has been training with the renown Jackson-Wink camp for this fight instead of just sunbathing at his home in Hawaii, but at best, I think that will only delay the inevitable. Rodriguez is a flashy TUF Latin America winner who seems to have a very bright future in the fight business.
