Last night's activity breaks down like this:
CBB: 3-6 with a loss of $0.64
NBA: 5-3 with a profit of $0.30
MMA: 3-4 with a loss of $0.45
Clearly I need to tighten up the CBB, rarely does @drjayh have a losing night, and I may be on to something in the NBA. But lets dig deeper.
Since January 2nd I have placed 275 bets. Going 140-135 with a loss of $0.92. Before last night my loses were $0.13.
Below is how it breaks down:
CBB: 57-59 with a loss of $0.36
NBA: 68-71 with a loss of $2.16
MMA: 9-4 with a profit of $0.61
The NBA is killing me, and @drjayh is saving me. But lets dig even deeper:
In CBB:
Home Favorites went: 28-27 with a $0.26 profit
Home Dogs went 6-1 with a $0.48 profit
Road Favorites went 6-10 with a $0.71 loss
Road Dogs went 14-16 with a $0.19 loss
Hard to win on the road. I wrote about this the other day and this confirms it. I need to eliminate road teams in CBB altogether.
In the NBA:
Home Favorites went: 24-21 with a $0.07 profit
Home Dogs went: 6-2 with a $0.53 profit
Road Favorites went 8-17 with a $1.55 loss
Road Dogs went 9-12 with a $0.64 loss
Over/Unders went 18-9 with a $1.05 profit
Hard to win on the road for NBA players as well and over/unders are profitable. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what I need to do in the NBA.
