CFB Justification
2 team parlay with FSU and Duke: I circled the FSU/Louisville rematch on my calendar after last years beat down by Louisville. FSU and their defense will not forget the embarrassment. If this season would have gone as planned (FSU not losing their QB and Louisville being better) than I wouldn't care what the spread is but at 7 I don't like it. However I do think FSU gets the win. Duke on the other hand is having a great season and probably should have beat FSU. They welcome Pitt who is plain awful. Duke should get the win even if they do come out flat.
W. Michigan -3: The Broncos mis-stepped last week playing as a big favorite. Today they are on the road against a E. Michigan team that IMO isn't very good. Remember the Broncos were a top 25 team last year and didn't have that much of a drop off. Everything is still in front of them as they have N. Illinois and Toledo on their schedule. This should be a business trip for them.
Syracuse +17: This number moved all week until it got to a key number. I said earlier that if it did get to 17 it would be worth a look. I know there is a let down factor here but 17 is a lot of points for Miami to cover who keeps every game close.
Virginia Tech -21: I know its a big number but the Hookies got their let down game out of the way last week and are hosting a terrible team in North Carolina. I think VT is going to be able to get anything they want here.
Mississippi St -12: We saw how Kentucky couldn't even cover last week against Missouri and now they have to go into Stark-Vegas and face the same team that destroyed LSU. Kentucky is going to have their hands full.
USF -11.5: The Bulls are rolling this season and I don't see anything in their way this week as they travel to Tulane to take care of business.
Ole Miss +7: This is not my pick but I'm trusting The Bear from ESPN on this. His justification sounded solid as LSU is coming off a big win on the road against a pretty good offense. Goota love a 7 point home dog.
Michigan +9.5: Doesn't this feel like it's a bit too many points? Who has Penn St actually played? If Michigan's defense plays like they have been playing all year they should neutralize Penn St's offense and that will get this game into the 4th quarter where 9.5 will be sweet!
2 team parlay with W. Virginia and San Diego St.: Baylor is going to get one and it might be W. Virginia but I think their offense is good enough to keep them in every game. This number is too high for me but I think they get the win on the road. A huge game fort he Aztecs as they welcome Fresno who is ahead of them in the conference. They should be up for this game so I'm taking the home team to just win baby.
WSU -10: The Cougars played like garbage last week, no denying that. They got it out of their system and now it's back to work hosting a Colorado team who isn't very good. The Cougs have got something to prove and I expect a much crisper game to keep pace in the Pac-12.
