Some Justification:
Drake Bulldogs (+20) are getting 20 on the road at Minnesota. Call me crazy but I think they can cover this number. If you look over their games this year they are 3-1 ATS as a dog and only got blown out once. I know that the Gophers are a different team altogether but they have lost 3 out of 4 including 2 in a row. Something isn't right.
Oregon (-20) is hosting Texas Southern who hasn't won a game yet this season. The Ducks are no where nearly as good as they were last year but this is still a top program in the Pac-12 and if it wan't for the Boise St buzzer beater they'd only have 2 loses. I can't see Texas Southern being very competitive in this game and the Ducks should roll.
The Miami Heat (+1) are learning how to play without one of their stars having gone 2-3 including loses to the Spurs and Warriors, however they are beating teams they should beat like Brooklyn and Charlotte. Tonight they face another team they should beat in Memphis.Miami leads Memphis in almost every stat in my NBA system. They will have trouble defending Gasol but Miami's back court should be able to control things.
The Houston Rockets (-12.5) welcome the Pelicans of New Orleans to the Toyota Center for what should be a really fun game to watch since it has the highest total on the board there should be no shortage of points. Boogie Cousins might have to carry the load since Anthony Davis is listed as questionable. This one is close in my model but I give a big edge to Houston because of Davis' status and I've mentioned this before about Harden's maturity. Something Boogie needs a big dose of.
The Thunder (-7) are at home tonight and are at full strength against the Hornets are are not. Lamb and Kaminsky are listed as probable but Batum is out and Zeller is done for the year. I like the Thunder with the big 3; I think George is vital in their success and we will see that on display here as the Hornets won't be able to keep all 3 in check.
The Toronto Raptors (-5) travel to Los Angles to take on the depleted Clippers in what should be an easy win. Have you seen the Clippers lineup? Brutal. They have serious issues at guards and that is one of many of Toronto's strengths. This game should never get out of reach for the Raptors.
